Send Custom Quotation
Create a tailored quotation in the admin panel โ quotations collection. Includes detailed scope, feature list, timeline, pricing breakdown (with GST), payment milestones (advance + milestone-based), and terms. Client receives it in their Portal.

4 Client Onboarding
Create Client Account & Portal Access

Client Fills Onboarding Questionnaire
First portal login triggers the onboarding form: business name, industry, logo, brand colors, fonts, domain preference, existing website (if any), social media accounts, content assets, competitor URLs, and specific feature requests.
Create Project + Milestones + Contract
Admin creates project in projects with milestones: Requirements Freeze โ Design โ Development โ Content โ Testing โ Launch. Contract generated in contracts. First invoice in invoices for advance payment. Client can pay via Razorpay from Portal.
Collect Brand Assets & Content
Client uploads logos, product photos, videos, copy, testimonials, and reference material via the Portal's Documents section and Brand Vault. Team organizes in sharedDocuments and begins content preparation.
5 UI/UX Design
Information Architecture & Wireframes
Create sitemap, page hierarchy, and low-fidelity wireframes showing layout, content blocks, navigation flow, and user journeys. Shared with client via Portal documents for initial alignment.
High-Fidelity Mockups
Design pixel-perfect mockups for all key pages โ homepage, about, services, products/shop, contact, and custom pages. Apply client brand colors, fonts, and imagery. Mobile-first responsive design. Create design system/components.

Design-to-Development Handoff
Export assets, define spacing/typography tokens, document interactions and animations. Create responsive breakpoints guide. Share everything in the Brand Vault and update project milestones.
6 Development & Build

7 Testing & Quality Assurance

Lighthouse Audit & Optimization

Security Review

8 Launch & Go Live

Production Deployment
Deploy to Firebase Hosting โ production build with optimized assets, minified code, gzip compression, CDN distribution. Deploy Cloud Functions, Firestore rules, and indexes. Run final Lighthouse audit on production URL.
Analytics & Tracking Go Live
Verify GA4 data flow, Meta Pixel firing, conversion tracking, goal setup, and custom events. Set up Google Ads conversion tracking. Create UTM templates for campaign tracking. Share GA4 viewer access with client.
Client Training Sessions
