About This Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to join 69dynamics in Coimbatore. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing product orders from local retail stores, coordinating with manufacturers, and managing the supply chain pipeline end-to-end.
You'll work closely with local stores across Coimbatore, compile orders for production partners like French Corner, and ensure smooth delivery logistics. If you're organized, great with people, and comfortable with spreadsheets — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Source and manage product orders from local retail stores across Coimbatore
- Compile and organize order lists for manufacturers and production units
- Coordinate supply chain fulfillment between stores and manufacturers
- Track order pipelines and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure timely delivery and follow up on pending orders
- Handle store communications professionally — both in-person and via phone/WhatsApp
- Use internal systems, Excel, and Google Sheets to log and report data
- Identify and flag supply chain bottlenecks or delays
What We're Looking For
- Based in or around Coimbatore (willing to travel locally to retail stores)
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Tamil + English)
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior experience in operations, supply chain, or retail coordination is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
