By accessing and using the 69dynamics website ("Site"), Client Portal, Referral Partner Portal, SaaS Platform, White-Label Application, or any of our digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site, platforms, or services.

69dynamics is a talent-driven digital solutions studio based in Tamil Nadu, India. We provide website development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, design and branding, SaaS products (Quantum CRM/ERP platform, White-Label Ad Management SaaS), app development, AI-powered advertising tools, multi-tenant agency platforms, and distribution partnership services to businesses.
3. Use of Website & Platforms
You agree to use our website and platforms only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or networks connected to the site
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the site without written consent
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material through the site
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services for other users
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platforms
- Access or attempt to access other tenants' data in our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure
- Share, transfer, or sublicense your platform access without prior written authorization
4. User Accounts
Certain areas of our platforms (Client Portal, Referral Partner Portal, Admin Panel, SaaS Platform, White-Label Applications) require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Use multi-factor authentication where available
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.
5. SaaS Platform & White-Label Services
69dynamics operates a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables digital marketing agencies and businesses to manage advertising campaigns, client relationships, and business operations through white-labeled applications. By using the SaaS platform, you agree to the following:
5.1 Multi-Tenant Architecture
Our SaaS platform is built on a shared multi-tenant infrastructure. Each tenant (agency) operates in a logically isolated environment with dedicated data storage. You acknowledge that:
- Your data is stored in a shared infrastructure with strict logical separation
- You may not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with other tenants' data
- We implement encryption, access controls, and security rules to protect tenant isolation
5.2 White-Label Licensing
White-label features allow you to customize the platform with your branding (logo, colors, company name, support contact). You agree that:
- White-label usage is granted as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
- The underlying platform remains the intellectual property of 69dynamics
- You may not claim ownership of the platform software, code, or architecture
- White-label branding must comply with applicable trademark and branding laws
5.3 SaaS Plans & Quantum Bundles
Access to SaaS features is governed by your subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Enterprise, or Custom). Plan limits — including maximum clients, campaigns, ad accounts, and features — are enforced automatically. Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade.
6. Advertising & Campaign Management
If you use our platform to create, manage, or optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms), you agree to:
- Comply with the advertising policies and terms of the respective ad platforms (Google Ads Terms, Meta Advertising Policies, etc.)
- Provide accurate business information and ad content
- Not use the platform to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertisements
- Understand that ad performance results depend on multiple factors beyond our control (market conditions, competition, ad platform algorithms)
- Accept that A/B testing, AI recommendations, and campaign optimizations are advisory tools and do not guarantee specific results
7. AI Features & Automated Tools
Our platform uses AI-powered tools (including Google Gemini) for campaign recommendations, performance benchmarks, conversion funnel analysis, and client insights. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated recommendations are suggestions and should be reviewed before implementation
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs
- No fully automated decisions are made that produce legal effects without human review
- AI features may be improved, modified, or discontinued over time
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and our platforms — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, software, UI designs, and documentation — is the property of 69dynamics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Client-specific deliverables are subject to the intellectual property terms in our Service Terms.
9. Data Encryption & Security
All sensitive client data stored on our platform is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Firebase Security Rules enforce strict access controls. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own login credentials and devices.
10. Service Inquiries & Quotations
Submitting an inquiry through our contact form, chatbot, configurator, or any communication channel does not constitute a binding agreement for services. All projects are subject to a separate service agreement or accepted quotation with specific terms, scope, deliverables, and pricing as outlined in our Service Terms & Conditions.
11. Referral Partner Program
Participation in the 69dynamics Refer & Earn program is subject to the following:
- Referral commissions (2–5% of project value based on tier) are paid only for referrals that result in a signed project and payment received
- Commission payouts are processed after the client's full payment is received
- Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals of existing clients/leads are not eligible
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates, tier structures, or program terms with reasonable notice
- Partner accounts engaging in spam, misrepresentation, or any activity that harms the 69dynamics brand may be suspended or terminated
12. Reseller Mode
Authorized resellers may onboard sub-clients through the Reseller Mode feature. Resellers agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when reselling services
- Not misrepresent the capabilities or nature of the platform
- Accept responsibility for their sub-clients' compliance with these terms
- Maintain a valid reseller agreement with 69dynamics
13. Content & Blog
Our website features blog articles, some of which may be generated or assisted by AI tools. While we review all published content, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of blog content. Blog articles are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
14. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, client projects, and external services (including Google, Meta, Razorpay, and others). These links are provided for convenience and reference. We do not endorse or control the content of third-party sites and are not responsible for their practices, content, or any transactions conducted through them.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and our platforms are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability for any direct claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 69dynamics for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 69dynamics, its team members, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website, platforms, or SaaS services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
