After your application is reviewed, we'll schedule a brief intro call. If it's a mutual fit, you'll get access to our project management tools, team channels, and your first project assignment — usually within a week.
Absolutely. You remain an independent freelancer. We encourage you to maintain your own client base. The only requirement is that projects assigned through us are delivered on time and to standard.
We set up a private communication channel for each project — the platform adapts based on what the client and team prefer (WhatsApp, Google Chat, or a dedicated group). For design we use Figma, GitHub for code, and Google Workspace for docs & collaboration. No heavy processes — just what works for each engagement.
